Sara Mann – Her new role as Customer Success Manager
We are delighted to announce that Sara Mann, Service Delivery Manager, is moving to an exciting new role
within Nouveau as Customer Success Manager.
We want to ensure that our customers have a good experience when dealing with Nouveau and throughout every interaction. Sara will be liaising with new and existing clients, onboarding them to our customer online portal and working with stakeholders within the business to ensure customer satisfaction. Sara’s previous experience and exceptional skills in customer service, coupled with her knowledge of our clients means she is ideally placed to take on this exciting new challenge.
