    We are looking for some likeminded able and professional network and security engineers who are ambitious, qualified and have a can-do attitude. You’ll need recent, hands-on, high-touch exposure with some of the following vendors: Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and other network backbone technologies. The role will include providing Network Architecture Design / Security Fabric design and presentation of both to customers in support of the Sales team. As a Senior Network Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of designing, presenting, implementing and then supporting fully managed network/security services.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities
    Pre Sales
    Providing technical advice and support on pre-sales opportunities
    Accompanying members of the Sales Team on client visits as required
    Assisting the Sales Team with information to support sales opportunities

    Post Sales
    Progressing escalated post sales cases / tickets
    Remote configuration, troubleshooting of equipment / environments
    Onsite implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of equipment / environments
    Data line implementation, configuration and troubleshooting
    Liaising with manufacturers regarding product specific issues

    Internal Support
    Support the Technical teams
    Support the team on training
    Internal systems design

    Minimum Requirements:
    3 years customer-facing network support, including next-gen firewalls
    Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, IPSec, SSL, SNMP
    Pre Sales Experience

    Fortinet support experience / Qualifications
    3 years+ Design / Implementation & Support of Network / Security Infrastructures
    Strong Network security experience, including IDS/IPS
    Cisco CCNP

    Local to Wokingham, full driving licence

    Scope of role

    We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic engineer to join our Infrastructure Team. The role is perfect for an infrastructure professional with experience in Cloud, Hosting/IT infrastructure services and who enjoys solving real world business problems.

    As part of working with the team you will be supporting innovative solutions based on public, private and hybrid cloud solutions to help customers deliver their IT strategies.

    Main responsibilities

    Internal Technical Support

    • Providing 3rd line support of IT systems and software including but not limited to
      • Microsoft Windows Server
      • Microsoft Exchange
      • Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,
      • Microsoft SQL server
      • Microsoft Azure
      • Maintain and upgrade a Virtual Infrastructure VMWare and Hyper-V
      • Microsoft Windows Desktop
      • Microsoft Office
    • Assist with the testing of internal/external applications and projects

    External / Client Technical Support

    • To deal with customers in an empathic and technically effective manner
    • To provide external client support via telephone/email and on site

    • Provide technical assistance as required for new clients
    • Support Technical service team on day to day support

    Key skills and experience

    • Microsoft MSCA or MCSE level (preferred).
    • 3 years support and deployment IT Systems.
    • Good working knowledge and experience of:
      • Microsoft’s suite of products.
      • Microsoft Office 365
      • Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and / or VMware)
      • Azure and / or AWS cloud services
    • Good working knowledge and experience of firewall technologies
    • Good understanding of hardware including SAN Storage

    We’re Hiring – Senior Network Engineer

    We’re Hiring! – New Business Development Sales Executive

    Job description

    The New Business Development Sales Executive will be a highly motivated mobile hunter who will uncover and drive new business opportunities in prospective industry markets primarily. A self-starter they will promote primarily our Cyber Security and Managed Services offering directly with customers while working closely with our partner community and cross-functional internal teams.


    Essential Functions


    • Responsible for pipeline generation resulting in acquisition of new logo business within mid market accounts.
    • Meet or exceed sales quota per month ensuring up to date forecast and reporting
    • Execute detailed sales plans and effectively manage the sales process and activities
    • Manage and drive revenue through multiple go-to-market strategies
    • Works closely with the Director of New Business Sales to develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve quote objectives.
    • Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales, delivery teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans.
    • Use the CRM system effectively: responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities
    • Interface, negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned as a team player.


    Education and Experience


    • Must have current knowledge of Mid Market accounts in South of England
    • 10 years sales demonstratable sales achievement record
    • Proven IT Sales experience selling enterprise security software and/or hardware Firewall technologies, Fortinet Fabric would be an advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of Perimeter Firewall and End Point Security
    • Relationship management and new business sales experience
    • Experience of acquiring, growing and taking ownership of Enterprise mid market level accounts work at all levels within client accounts
    • A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota
    • Comfortable meeting with and presenting at all levels including C-level contacts within named accounts
    • Enthusiastic working with the Channel as well as developing business directly
    • Able to effectively partner and engage with Internal resources such as Sales Specialists and Sales Engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels
    • Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS or SPIN
    • Experience of working across various vertical markets, while specialization on certain verticals can be of advantage
