Scott has recently re-joined the company having re-located back to the area. Here’s what he has to say about working at Nouveau Solutions.
What is your role?
I have joined the business as Helpdesk Support Engineer.
What does your day consist of?
On day to day basis supporting our customers with their IT systems and support queries over the Phone or of required remotely.
Why did you join Nouveau?
Well I’m a returnee – I re-joined in January of this year having relocated back to my home town of Farnborough from Bath. Following my return to the area I reached out to Nouveau for vacancies in Technical support. Being on board with the company previously I know they always strive to provide the best possible customer experience and service, which in itself is rewarding and makes me proud to be part of a first class team. Having been back in the business for 3 months now I would say this ethos is just as strong, if not stronger!
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The satisfaction of resolving the customers frustrations of IT.
What are the challenges you face in your role?
Backups Cases, but they’re a challenge full stop!
What do you hope to achieve in 5 years’ time?
As much I enjoy working on the helpdesk assisting our customers, I also enjoy being out on the road so maybe a mix of a field based role in time.
What do you like to do when you’re not at Nouveau?
I really enjoy Swimming – I tend to go most evenings after work.
