Overview of the PMS functionality
Input
- Simple Screen design - Uncluttered work screens with the ability to add fields as and when required
- Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with PMS the history of a Dealer can be evaluated from the very first marketing campaign to a steady stream of brokered proposals. The success of individual campaigns can be monitored enabling repetition and further enhancement of direct marketing. The integration also mitigates the need for input duplication. The PMS element of the system will not allow proposals to proceed unless the Dealer has CRM "Dealer approved" status.
- By using online quote system (integrated with the customer website) the Dealer will be asked to put in minimum information for the proposal to proceed through the "electronic portal".
- By using online credit checking, the Dealer is forced to give adequate information to receive a quick response.
- Both Dealers and Funders will have individual interactive rate cards.
Transition process
- Funder Controls - to maximise profit using a combination of rate, doc fee and volume bonus.
- Dual proposing and associated reporting gives a fair representation of the acceptance or declines from each Funder.
- Use of actions and reminders promoting efficient system workflows and process, placing less reliance or individual tacit knowledge.
- Auto credit acceptance promotes the use of e-mailable pre populated lease documents.
- Integration with Funder, particularly for ease of proposing via XML links into the systems.
- Hot links to Companies House Direct, Electoral register, Land registry etc.
Additional system functionality
- The system can be integrated with the Telephone system, which will allow a user to click on the number and the system dials out the particular number. Furthermore, a box pops up recording the fact that a call has been made with the ability to add notes.
- Lease calculator within the PMS work using either rate per thousand, APR or flat rate. A calculated rate and rental will populate the proposal at the touch of a button.
- Document library will be created using SharePoint Portal Server, to avoid manual duplication of information. System ensures a complete audit trail of documents sent to proposal partners.
- PMS allows Dealers to monitor proposals on-line. A suite of reports are available to a Dealer e.g. renewal date, proposal status reports, payment information etc.
- PMS allows mobile communications for sales people, particularly acceptance and declines to mobile communciations devices and interaction with the clients website. A sales person can access the Quote system remotely.
- Dashboard functionality of the PMS allows organisation to dynamically report on the number of deals waiting to be brokered, number of deals with funders, number of deals waiting paperwork from dealers
- PMS have a wizard to help guide through the proposal process.
